The LeadMeet on the 15th February has been organised by the South Downs Alliance, which includes both local primary and secondary schools, in partnership with local United Learning academies.
Professional learning is central to staff development at these schools, therefore by attending this collaborative event we are confident that you will leave having had the chance to listen to your peers sharing leadership strategies that have invoked change and impact, and the opportunity to network with like-minded individuals.
We are pleased to have Jan Shadick as our key note speaker. She has been a Head Teacher for 13 years, leading
three different schools including the first 0 - 19 Academy in the country. She is currently Executive Principal in London working with United Learning and has experience of working in schools facing challenging circumstances. In addition, Jan is an Ofsted Inspector, an ILM 7 Executive Coach and is one of the inaugural coaches for the NCTL Womens’ Leadership Pledge.
The event is from 4.00PM to 6.00PM; light refreshments will be available from 4.00PM and a series of 7 minute presentations will start promptly at 4.30PM. There is no cost to this event.
