English & Maths GCSE re-sit Results 2025 / 20256

The progress our students have made in English and Maths through GCSE re-takes, between the end of Key Stage 4 and the end of the 16-18 phase of education.

GCSE Maths re-sit 24% of students achieved a Grade 4+ in GCSE Mathematics resits, compared with a national post-16 resit pass rate of 17.1%, placing the academy us above the national benchmark.

GCSE English re-sit outcomes exceeded national performance, with a 62.5% pass rate compared with the national average of 19.8% for post-16 resit students.
