Welcome to Shoreham Academy – a vibrant and thriving school at the heart of the communities of Shoreham-by-Sea and Southwick.

At Shoreham Academy we aim not only to match parents’ expectations of what a school should offer their child but to exceed them.  Within a welcoming and supportive environment, we provide a stimulating and engaging education designed to give every child the chance to achieve their potential.

We see each child as an individual and seek to give them an education which best suits their abilities and interests.  By the time they leave the academy, we want students to be confident, responsible and articulate individuals with the skills and knowledge they need to make a real success of their lives.  To achieve this, we focus on the whole child and so our broad and balanced curriculum is complemented by a wide-ranging and exciting programme of extracurricular activities.  There is something for every child at Shoreham Academy – whatever their interests, whatever their abilities.

Our school has come a long way in recent years and we are now embarking upon a new and exciting journey.  Our recent transition to academy status will catapult us to greater success and open up a host of opportunities for accelerating progress.  As a member of the ULT family, we have a secure and bright future ahead of us.  ULT’s wealth of experience and expertise in education will help us bring out the best in all our students.
